IRONSWEEP provides digital risk assessments, open-source intelligence (OSINT) investigations, and related consulting services to individuals, professionals, and organizations. We do not provide legal advice, physical security, or hacking-related services.

Legal Use & Client Consent

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. You must have the legal right or consent to request an investigation or assessment involving any individuals or entities you provide information about.

We do not monitor or access private accounts, systems, or information beyond what is legally and publicly accessible through open-source intelligence methods.

Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential. We do not share your case details with third parties without your permission — except when legally required (e.g., if compelled by law or in cases where we are mandatory reporters).

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information in your intake and service requests
Not use our services to stalk, harass, or unlawfully surveil others
Cooperate with our team for the duration of your engagement

Payment Terms

All services are billed in advance. Prices are clearly listed on our website and custom quotes are honored for 7 days unless otherwise agreed. No work begins until payment is received.

No Refunds

Due to the time-sensitive and customized nature of our services, all purchases are final. Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with findings or lack of a specific result.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IRONSWEEP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Data Handling & Security

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure storage, and access controls. You may request a report of your stored data or request deletion by contacting help@ironsweep.com.

Termination

We reserve the right to decline or terminate services at our sole discretion if your request appears unlawful, unethical, or violates these Terms.
